At Black Death Brew Coffee, we are more than just a coffee company; we are a testament to the spirit of duty, honor, and camaraderie. Born from the heart of the U.S. Army’s attack helicopter community, our founder’s military experience shaped our mission to deliver premium 100% Colombian coffee to those who serve. As a veteran-owned and operated business, we understand the sacrifices made by service members, veterans, and first responders. Our coffee is a tribute to their dedication, brewed with the same precision and care they apply in their service.   1. Eligibility for Return: Only unopened bags of ground coffee are eligible for return. The product must be in its original packaging, without any tears, and must show no signs of water damage.
  2. Return Window: Customers have a window of five business days from the date of receipt to notify us via email about their intent to return the product. Please email us at blackdeathbrew@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package’s safe return.

 

Return Process:

  1. Email us within five business days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

      2. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

      3. Ship the product back to our address, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the product is approved for return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to show in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will not be issued for opened or damaged products.
  • Any product that is returned without prior notification or does not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

We at Black Death Brew Coffee understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy for order cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us via email at blackdeathbrew@outlook.com within the 24-hour cancellation period. Make sure to provide your order number in your communication.
  • Refund Process Upon Cancellation: If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed according to our standard refund policy:
  1. Eligibility for Refund: Only orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Method: We will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the cancellation.
  3. Shipping Costs: Since no shipping has occurred, there are no shipping costs to consider for cancellations.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it enters the return and refund process as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Dispute Resolution: If there’s an issue with your purchase, such as not receiving an item or receiving an item significantly different from what was described, you can open a dispute through PayPal. This must be done within 180 days of the payment date.
  • Refund Eligibility: PayPal’s Buyer Protection includes coverage for the full purchase price of the item plus original shipping costs if your claim meets their criteria. Black Death Brew will adhere to PayPal’s resolution process, including providing necessary information or proof of delivery.
  • Filing a Claim: Should your initial attempt to resolve a problem with us fail, you can escalate a dispute to a claim directly with PayPal, where your case will be reviewed. Shipping Policy 

We are committed to delivering your coffee with speed and care. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within three business days from the time an order is placed. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Method: We use standard shipping services.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer. These rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact us for availability and rates.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at blackdeathbrew@outlook.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
  • In the event that your shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the courier. If the package cannot be located, we will either reship your order or process a refund, depending on your preference.
  • Address Accuracy: It’s crucial that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Order Changes: Once an order has been placed (past the 24-hour period), we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
